Terms of Service

By accessing or using WatchTowerSI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to use WatchTowerSI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

WatchTowerSI is an AI Risk Management and Threat Intelligence platform designed for enterprise security teams. The Service provides:

• AI inventory, risk scoring, and governance workflows
• Threat intelligence ingestion, enrichment, prioritization, and real-time alerting
• Unified visibility across AI risk and threat landscapes

Current Status: WatchTowerSI is currently in free beta. No payment is required to access the platform during this period. The Service may change, evolve, or introduce paid tiers without prior notice.

To access WatchTowerSI, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Restrict account access to one user per account (no credential sharing)
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at [email protected]

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to use WatchTowerSI to:

• Engage in illegal activity or violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data (no hacking, penetration testing without permission)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or its underlying technology
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Upload malicious content, malware, viruses, or code designed to harm or exploit
• Violate the intellectual property rights of WatchTowerSI or third parties
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Violations of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

WatchTowerSI Ownership: All platform code, design, features, algorithms, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by WatchTowerSI. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

User Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of any data you upload to the platform (AI inventory, threat intelligence feeds, configurations). By uploading data, you grant WatchTowerSI a limited license to process, store, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We will NOT use your proprietary data to train models or serve other customers.

Your use of WatchTowerSI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using the Service, you consent to data handling practices described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy at /privacy.

We strive to maintain high availability and performance, but we make NO guarantees regarding uptime or uninterrupted access.

• The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• During beta, features may be unstable or subject to breaking changes without notice

WatchTowerSI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WATCHTOWERSI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Service interruptions, errors, or bugs
• Third-party content, services, or integrations
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you have not paid us.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WatchTowerSI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your violation of third-party rights (privacy, IP, etc.)
• Any data you upload to the platform

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or using account settings (if available).

By WatchTowerSI: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any reason at our discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections 5, 8, 9, 11, and 13 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.

Continued use of WatchTowerSI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
